What to Expect from Our 8-Week Level² Intermediate Basketball Program

This 8-week program is designed for players who already know the fundamentals and want to take their game to the next level. Athletes will improve consistency, decision-making, and game-speed execution while building confidence and understanding of more advanced basketball concepts.

Week 1: Initial Assessment
Players complete a structured skills assessment to understand their current ability. This helps us:

  • Group players at the right level

  • Set clear development goals

  • Track progress across the program

Weeks 2–7: Skill Development Phase
Each session focuses on:

  • Ball handling under pressure, advanced passing, shooting off the dribble, and footwork

  • Defensive positioning, game concepts, and decision-making

  • Repetition, progression, and confidence-building at game pace

  • Small-group coaching with individual feedback

Training is challenging, structured, and supportive and players are pushed to improve.

Week 8: Final Assessment & Progress Review
Players repeat the Week 1 assessment so improvements are clearly measurable. Parents and players can see:

  • Increased skill consistency

  • Improved confidence and understanding of the game

  • Areas of strength and next steps for development

Program Outcomes

  • Execute intermediate skills confidently under pressure

  • Understand more advanced offensive and defensive principles
