What to Expect from Our 8-Week Basketball Program
This 8-week program is designed for advanced players who want to take their scoring ability to the next level.
Athletes will focus on three-level scoring techniques, creating scoring options at the rim, mid-range, and beyond the arc, while developing advanced footwork, decision-making, and offensive versatility.
Week 1: Initial Assessment
Players complete a structured scoring and skill assessment to understand their current ability. This helps us:
Identify strengths and areas for improvement
Group players appropriately
Track progress across the program
Weeks 2–7: Skill Development Phase
Each session focuses on:
Scoring from three levels: at the rim, mid-range, and three-point shots
Creating separation from defenders and improving footwork
Game-speed shooting, finishing, and decision-making
Small-group coaching with individual feedback
Training is challenging, structured, and performance-focused — players are pushed to expand their scoring arsenal and improve efficiency under pressure.
Week 8: Final Assessment & Progress Review
Players repeat the Week 1 assessment so improvements are clearly measurable. Parents and players can see:
Improved scoring versatility
Enhanced decision-making and confidence on offense
Areas of strength and next steps for development
Program Outcomes
Score effectively from all three levels on the court
Execute advanced footwork and finishing techniques
Make smart, high-percentage decisions under pressure
Improve offensive confidence and versatility
Have clear evidence of measurable improvement
